You will discover how Copilot works, how to use prompts to guide its behavior, and how to customize it to fit your specific needs. You will also explore the possibilities of creating your own Custom Copilots, which can leverage data sources beyond your Microsoft ecosystem.
After the course, you will have insight into how Copilot for Microsoft 365 works, how to make it work for you the way you want it to, and some hands-on experience in how Copilot is now your new AI Assistant in all that has to do with Microsoft 365.

- Introduction to Large Language Models, and how they work
- Introduction to the art of prompting, and how to get the machine to do what you want
- The fundamental functionality in Copilot for Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience in prompting Copilot
- Basics of Build-your-own chatbot with Copilot Studio
